Retail Workers Will Push for a Referendum over Opening Hours of Shops
Ljubljana, 25 October - The trade union of workers employed in the retail sector is disappointed over Thursday's adoption of the changes to the trade act in parliament, which leaves it up to store owners and employees to decide themselves whether or not they want to work on Sundays and holidays. The Trade Association at the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS), on the other hand, hailed the new regulations.
