Banka Koper Takes out Syndicated Loan of EUR 35 Million

Koper, 25 October - Slovenia's fifth largest bank Banka Koper signed on Friday a contract on a syndicated loan worth EUR 35m. The main organiser of the loan is Italy's SanPaolo IMI, the majority owner of the bank, while eight other banks from Austria, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and Hungary are also taking part.
