Sölden, 26 October - Slovenia's Tina Maze won Saturday's World Cup giant slalom competition in Austria's Soelden, which saw a surprising outcome with three skiers placing first. This has been the first victory for the 19-year-old Slovenian. Sharing the top spot of the first alpine skiing competition of the season are also Norway's Andrine Flemmen and Austria's Nicole Hosp.
