Slovenia Gets Act on Electing MEPs
Ljubljana, 27 October - The Slovenian Parliament passed a few days ago an act on electing Slovenian representatives to the European Parliament, thus adopting yet another EU-compatible piece of legislation. Coupled with Slovenia's planned accession in 2004, the act will pave the way for elections to the European Parliament, where Slovenia will have seven seats.
