Slovenia's Foreign Debt Approaches US$ 8M Mark
Ljubljana, 29 October - Slovenia's foreign exchange reserves totalled US$ 6.39bn at the end of August. Foreign reserves thus expanded by US$ 133.4m from a month before, but were still by US$ 1.48bn lower than the overall foreign debt, which totalled US$ 7.88bn on the last day of August. Long-term foreign debt totalled US$ 7.77bn and short-term debt US$ 99m, according to Bank of Slovenia.
