Another Seizure of Poached Birds at Slovenian-Croatian Border
Obrežje, 30 October - Smuggling of the protected birds continues across the Slovenian-Croatian border, as the Slovenian customs officers at the border crossing of Obrezje laid hands on a package of some 790 poached birds on Tuesday. According to the Slovenian customs office, the birds were discovered in two cars driven by Italian citizens.
