Ljubljana, 5 November - The STA English service will cover the following events on Tuesday, 5 November:
BRUSSELS - The European Parliament's foreign affairs committee is to vote upon the enlargement report, together with assessments on the progress of the 13 EU candidates countries, including Slovenia. The report is to be finally adopted at the EP plenary session between 18 and 21 November.
BRUSSELS - On the sidelines of their regular meeting in Brussels, the Finance Ministers of the 15 EU member states are to meet with their counterparts from the future EU members. Slovenia will be represented by Finance Minister Tone Rop.
COPENHAGEN - Slovenian Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Franci But is to pay a two-day visit to Denmark upon the invitation of his Danish counterpart Mariann Fischer Boel.
LJUBLJANA - A delegation of the Italian Senate's foreign policy committee, headed by Fiorello Provero, is to conclude a two-day visit to Slovenia. The delegation is to meet with head of the Slovenian parliament's foreign policy committee Jelko Kacin.
BLED - A forum entitled "Ethics in Business," organised by the U.S. and the Slovenian Chambers of Commerce and the Government Office for Prevention of Corruption is to take place. Slovenian PM Janez Drnovsek is also scheduled to attend.
