Anti-Trust Office Said to OK Novartis Takeover of Lek

Ljubljana, 5 November - Slovenia's Competition Protection Office has cleared the acquisition of Slovenian drug-maker by Swiss multinational Novartis. According to a Radio Slovenija report, head of the anti-trust office Andrej Plahutnik announced that the permit for the Novartis takeover bid would be issued in the coming days.
