Hermes SoftLab Could Reduce Workforce, Says Finance

Ljubljana, 6 November - At the end of last year, Slovenia's biggest software company Hermes SoftLab anticipated revenues of EUR 47.6m for 2002 and profits, but the estimation updated in September shows a rather bleaker picture, forecasting a good EUR 37m of income and a loss of about EUR 1m, says Wednesday's edition of Finance. CEO Rudi Bric put the bad results down to the difficult situation on the market, carefully mentioning an impending workforce reduction, the business daily points out.
