Austrian Schenker Interested in the Ljubljana Intertrans Company

Ljubljana, 6 November - The Austrian provider of integrated logistics services Schenker wants to become the owner of the Ljubljana-based international freight forwarder Intertrans, the manager of the Slovenian company Rok Svetek told the STA, adding that Schenker will withdraw from the purchase if its stake turns out smaller than 95 percent.
