FM Rupel on Protection of Human Rights in Council of Europe
Strasbourg, 7 November - The growing concern for security in the action against terrorism should not conflict with the established and accepted regulations on protection of human rights and freedoms, was the message of the Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel in his speech at the session of the Committee of Ministers at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg on Thursday.
