Unsuccessful Due to Ownership Restructuring Issue, Triglav Says

Ljubljana, 7 November - Open issues of the ownership restructuring were behind the decision of the Croatian government to turn down the binding bid of Slovenian insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav for a 51-percent stake of the insurer Croatia osiguranje.
