Two Prominent Musicologists Receive Illustrious Award

Ljubljana, 7 November - The Slovenian Musicology Society celebrated its tenth anniversary by presenting on Tuesday a lifetime achievement award to Andrej Rijavec for his research and pedagogic work. Another Mantuani recognition - named after the first Slovenian musicologist Josip Mantuani (1860-1933) - was conferred upon Edo Skulj, who edited a collection of works by composer Jacobus Gallus.
