Phare Aid Brings Impressive Results in Ten Years, Says Europe Minister

Ljubljana, 8 November - "Ten years is an impressive, enviable period. And such are - I can say that with certainty - the achievements we have made in Slovenia with the help of the Phare programme in this period," Europe Minister Janez Potocnik said Friday at a conference to mark ten years since Slovenia first started receiving the Phare pre-accession aid.
