Chess Olympiad: Russia Revenges Defeat Versus World, Says Ilyumzhinov

Bled, 10 November - "I have very positive impressions," FIDE president told the press, explaining that the venue of lakeside resort Bled had all to provide for a peaceful environment of the 35th Chess Olympiad. Kirsan Ilyumzhinov was also visibly happy with Russia's victory at the Olympiad, saying that the team, led by grand master Garry Kasparov, thus revenged its defeat in the famous Kremlin "Russia Versus the World" match.
