Press: Citizens Should Think Who to Give COntrol Over Their Money

Ljubljana, 10 November - It is definitely not fair that the presidential elections have overshadowed the meaning of the local ones, as the local authorities have more influence on the quality of life of citizens than the president. Cities and municipalities manage considerable funds, however, the public's control over the management of these funds is much slacker on the local level than on the government's, the daily Finance observes in Monday's edition.
