Dob Prisoners to Stop Hunger Strike Today

Dob, 13 November - Prisoners at the Dob prison facility, who have been refusing food for a few days, are to stop the hunger strike on Wednesday, said Justice Minister Ivo Bizjak late on Tuesday, after visiting the prison. He discussed with the prisoners all their demands and promised that their petition would be examined within the framework of the appropriate legislation. The ministry will then consider whether it is possible to change the criteria for parole.
