Do Not Sign Deal on Immunity from ICC, Says U.S. Expert

Ljubljana, 13 November - Slovenia should not sign a bilateral agreement with the U.S. on immunity from prosecution by the International Criminal Court (ICC), John L. Washburn, head of the American Coalition of NGOs for the ICC, told Wednesday's Delo. "If you think you have to, make sure you do it in line with EU guidelines," he stressed.
