Electricity Suppliers Seek Pricing Model That Would Raise Prices

Ljubljana, 13 November - Slovenian producers have not met the criteria for competing with foreign companies when the Slovenian electricity and natural gas market is opened up on 1 January 2003, general managers of Slovenian energy companies stressed during Wednesday's session of the energy association board of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS). They made a call for the adoption of pricing model that would allow them to operate successfully, but is expected to lead to price hikes.
