Trading Company Vele against Merger with Zivila Kranj
Ljubljana, 14 November - Shareholders of trading company Vele from Domzale voted against a merger with Zivila Kranj at an assembly on Thursday. According to Vele chairman Stane Skok, the no-votes (79 percent) were cast by S Hram - a company holding about 55 percent of Vele - and both state-run funds, namely the Capital Fund Management (KAD) and the Restitution Fund (SOD).
