Slovenia Best Prepared for European Union, Economic Survey States

Brussels, 15 November - Among all EU candidate countries Slovenia is best prepared for accession from an economic aspect, the fourth annual enlargement barometer of the international consulting company PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) showed. Slovenia is also the only candidate on a par with the EU member states in economy. The country placed high on the economic scale of all current and future Union members right after Austria and ahead of Germany.
