"Slovenia Is Renouncing Its Culture," Angry Writers Maintain
Ljubljana, 18 November - The government is reducing Slovenia's culture to poverty, the Slovenian Writers' Association (DSP) claims in its public statement made Monday. The reason behind the writers' indignation was some changes to the 2003 and 2004 budgets, which according to the DSP do nothing to improve the bad financial situation Slovenian culture is faced with.
