Gorizia's Far Right Strongly Oppose Slovenian Minority Protection Law
Gorizia, 18 November - "Against bilingualism!" said a giant billboard decorated with the Italian flag, which was put up by representatives of the Italian far-right and nationalist movements in the Gorizia's city council building on Monday. This kicked off a heated and in parts offensive debate in protest against Gorizia's Mayor Vittorio Brancati, the Slovenian minority protection law and against the Slovenian minority itself.
