NATO Summit: No Reason for Joy, Says Independent Researcher

Ljubljana, 21 November - Enlargement is a side issue of the ongoing NATO's Prague summit. The summit is rather more concerned with Iraq and NATO's role in this and other similar cases, and this issue has made the old disagreements between European states and the U.S. re-surface, a researcher of an independent institute said in response to a NATO membership invitation extended to Slovenia.
