Ljubljana, 25 November - Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek defended government public finance policy as the parliament launched its regular monthly session with questions time. Drnovsek was quizzed about public finances by opposition lawmakers, with the focus being on transparency and the string of irregularities that the Court of Audit found when checking the implementation of the 2001 budget.
