MP Kacin: No Mandate for Slovenia's EU Negotiators to Re-Open Capital Chapter
Ljubljana, 29 November - The chapter on the free flow of capital, which also covers property, is closed and the Slovenian EU negotiators have no mandate to re-open it in the accession talks, chair of the parliamentary foreign affairs committe Jelko Kacin said Friday. His comments comes after the committee discussed the Danish offer for a seven-year transitional period, which would allow Slovenia to protect its real-estate market.
