Lawmakers Adopt Two Acts on Companies

Ljubljana, 29 November - The parliament adopted two new acts dealing with restructuring of companies at Friday's session. The act on aid for salvaging and restructuring troubled companies defines conditions and sources for allocation of state funds, while the act on investment funds and management companies envisages restructuring of current investment funds to mutual funds.
