Ljubljana, 2 December - The STA English service will cover the following events on Tuesday, 3 December:
LJUBLJANA - The joint Slovenian-EU parliamentary committee is to hold a session at 8.30 AM, discussing a document which anticipates EU accession talks to wrap up by the Copenhagen summit in mid December. A press conference is expected after the session at 5 PM.
KRANJSKA GORA - Foreign ministers of Slovenia, Croatia and Yugoslavia, namely Dimitrij Rupel, Tonino Picula and Goran Svilanovic, as well as Bosnian Minister of Civil Affairs and Communications Svetozar Mihajlovic are to sign a frame agreement on the basin of the Sava river and the river's navigation regime at 12 AM.
BRUSSELS - Chief of Staff of Slovenian Armed Forces, Brigadier Ladislav Lipic is to attend the autumn session of chiefs of staffs from NATO member states and associated members.
BRDO PRI KRANJU - An informal meeting of culture ministers from Slavic countries is to be held for the first time upon the invitation of Slovenian Culture Minister Andreja Rihter. The conference is to be attended by ministers and their deputies from Russia, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, the Ukraine, Montenegro, Serbia, Republic of Srpska, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
