Compensation for Destroyed Milk to Come from Agriculture Budget
Ljubljana, 5 December - SIT 110m (EUR 478,700) for compensations to cover for good milk destruction when the banned Chloramphenicol was first found in milk in October were re-allocated within the Agriculture Ministry budget at Thursday's session of the outgoing government. Meanwhile, the Veterinary Administration (VURS) filed a report on 17 samples of Chloramphenicol-containing milk to the State Prosecution.
