Slovenia to Preside over the OSCE in 2005
Oporto, 7 December - Slovenia is to assume chairmanship of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in 2005, the foreign ministers of 55 OSCE member states agreed on Saturday at the final day of the organisation's tenth ministerial meeting in Oporto, the Foreign Ministry (MZZ) stated. Slovenia was represented by Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, who also addressed the plenary of the two-day conference on Friday.
