Insurance Watchdog Halts Procedures Against Triglav

Ljubljana, 18 December - The senate of the Agency for Insurance Supervision decided on Wednesday to halt the procedure for the withdrawal of the operating license of Zavarovalnica Triglav, Slovenia's largest insurer. This move comes after the senate established that Triglav eliminated the violations that triggered the procedure in the first place - dismissed chairwoman Nada Klemencic and CFO Joze Obersnel and stopped obstructing supervision.
