Constitutional Court Sees Ever More Pending Cases
Ljubljana, 19 December - The number of pending cases at the Constitutional Court has risen to 1,270 in the first 11 months of 2002 and thus increased by one fifth over 2001, when the number of unresolved cases exceeded the 1,000 mark for the first time ever, said the court's president Dragica Wedam-Lukic on Thursday.
