Drnovsek Expected to Resign as Party Leader Today

Ljubljana, 20 December - The newly-elected Slovenian President and outgoing Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek is expected to resign as Liberal Democracy (LDS) president on Friday, according to party council president Gregor Golobic. Drnovsek is also to hand over his office of prime minister to successor Anton Rop today.
