Rule of Law Essential for Human Rights, Says Croatian Ombudsman

Ljubljana, 28 December - Human rights protection is still a serious issue in Croatia, but it is not as dramatic as it was during and after the war. The material and psychological damage of war in all walks of life is slowly being repaired, with a focus on the rule of law, helping people regardless of religion and nationality, and the return of refugees to their homes, Croatian Ombudsman Ante Klaric told STA in an interview.
