Police Breaks Up Drug-Trafficking Group

Celje, 30 December - An international crime group dealing in illegal marijuana trafficking has been uncovered by the police from Celje, a town 70 km NE of Ljubljana. "In two years of its operations, the group from Bosnia and Herzegovina brought to Slovenia and sold over 1,000 kg of cannabis. On the Slovenian market such an amount of cannabis is valued at some SIT 140m (EUR 608,000)," head of the Celje crime unit Robert Mravljak said at Monday's press conference.
