"Keber Act" to Reduce Alcohol Consumption
Ljubljana, 31 December - The people's attitude towards drinking alcohol beverages is very relaxed in Slovenia. For many, drinking is an integral part of social life. Hence data of the Health Ministry, which suggests that the average Slovenian over the age of 15 consumed 10.9 litres of pure alcohol in 2000.
