Maribor Airport To Cater For Freight Transport
Maribor, 3 May - MARIBOR/AIRPORT
Maribor airport has no regular air link with foreign countries. At the end of October last year, Adria Airways cancelled the route to Frankfurt, while the Ljubljana-Maribor-Skopje route ceased operating on March 23 this year. For this reason, Maribor airport began to look for new markets. Among other things, the management contacted representatives of Atlanta, a joint Ukrainian-US company, through which they would like to expand air freight transport.
