Slovenia Not yet Ready to Sign Support for U.S. Policy on Iraq, FM Says

Ljubljana, 5 February - Slovenia is not yet ready to sign a declaration endorsing U.S. policy on Iraq, which is being prepared by the Vilnius group of NATO candidate countries, Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said Wednesday in response to news that the ten countries aspiring to join NATO are drafting such a document. However, Slovenia's top diplomat was convinced that the country would adopt the document after certain issues are straightened out.
