Co-Ordination Group Meeting Revoked as LDS Refuses to Attend

Ljubljana, 5 February - Head of the opposition Social Democrats (SDS) Janez Jansa revoked Wednesday the meeting of parliamentary parties co-ordination group, which he called on Tuesday to discuss proposed constitutional changes related to the staging of the EU and NATO referendums. The decision came after the ruling coalition Liberal Democracy (LDS) announced that they would not attend the meeting. A meeting without the country's leading party would be pointless, Jansa explained.
