Church-Organised Round Table Discusses Ethics of Human Cloning

Ljubljana, 6 February - With the recent announcement of the birth of the first human clone, the Slovenian Catholic Church organised a round table to promote discussion on the medical and ethic aspect of cloning in Slovenia. The debate examined whether reproductive cloning is ethically more questionable than therapeutic cloning.
