Pivovarna Lasko Confirms Interest for Major Stake in Delo

Ljubljana/Laško, 6 February - Brewery Pivovarna Lasko intends to acquire over 20 percent of the publisher Delo, and has already asked the Culture Ministry to issue a permission for the purchase of a stake exceeding 20 percent of all shares, the brewery confirmed in a press release on Thursday. Lasko expects the investment to yield good returns.
