Constitutional Changes: Referendum Article to Undergo Change?
Ljubljana, 6 February - After deciding to propose to the parliament not to specifically the name EU in the wording of the "European" Article 3 of the Slovenian Constitution, the constitutional commission will also propose to the parliament to start the procedure to change Article 90 of the Constitution on referendum. However, this decision was taken without the opposition, which left Thursday's session in protest after the commission refused to postpone the debate on all other articles but the European article.
