Slovenian Oil Trader Sets up Subsidiary in Bosnia
Sarajevo, 6 February - Slovenian petrol retailer OMV Istrabenz has set up a company in Bosnia-Herzegovina together with the Sarajevo-based company Kopex-Sarajlic, the company said Thursday. The new company, named Interoil, will first manage nine gas stations, but plans to build an additional 50 to 80 gas stations over the next five years and grab a 20-percent market share in the country.
