Rupel Announces Comprehensive Debate on First Articles of European Constitution

Brussels, 7 February - Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel has announced that the country would undertake a comprehensive debate about the first set of articles that are to make up the future European constitution. The first outlines of the Constitution were presented to the European Convention debating the future of the EU by the Convention chairman Valery Giscard d'Estaing on Thursday.
