Karst Architectural Landscape Became Part of Me, Says Preseren Laureate

Ljubljana, 7 February - Buildings designed by architect Vojteh Ravnikar are scattered in several Slovenian towns and cities, most notably in the western regions of Primorsko and Karst. Ravnikar, 60, has always aspired to enhance and improve physical space through his work, and this has earned him this year's Preseren Award, the highest national award in arts, to be presented to him tonight.
