Ljubljana Mayor Joins European Counterparts in a Call against War in Iraq

Ljubljana, 7 February - Ljubljana Mayor Danica Simsic has joined a call of her European counterparts against a war in Iraq. Global problems cannot be solved with force, but in a peaceful way which prevents new wars and human tragedies, Simsic is convinced. She expressed the wish that more mayors, as well as citizens living in their cities would join the initiative, the municipality said in a press release.
