Mladina Comments on Slovenia's Position in Iraq Crisis

Ljubljana, 10 February - The government has found itself in a very unpleasant situation ahead of NATO accession, a leading political weekly points out on Monday. "If it wants to please the U.S. administration, it acts in such a way that it harms the prospect of a referendum victory for NATO advocators. If it does not comply with the wishes of the U.S. administration, the invitation could be retracted," Mladina notes in the editorial.
