Delo Says Slovenian Support for V10 Declaration is FM's Solo Act

Ljubljana, 11 February - Slovenia's decision to ascribe to a declaration of support for US policy on Iraq issued by ten NATO candidate countries last week is the result of a solo act by Slovenia's Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, Slovenia's leading large-format paper Delo writes Tuesday.
