Vilnius Declaration Wasn't Signed under U.S. Dictate, Says Ambassador Young

Ljubljana, 11 February - "I don't accept your premise that the Vilnius declaration was signed under the dictate of the U.S. government. This was not our initiative," U.S. Ambassador to Slovenia Johnny Young said when commenting on the allegations that the document was signed under the pressure of the U.S. administration.
