State Share in Insurers not Contestable, Constitutional Court Says

Ljubljana, 11 February - The Constitutional Court has made a long-awaited ruling regarding the act on the ownership transformation of Slovenia's insurance companies, enabling the privatisation of the insurance sector to go underway after being stalled for twelve years. According to the court's ruling the state share in the insurer, as determined by the government, is not contestable.
